- Ice King and Marceline are perfect for each other. She is the only girl that actually cares and loves him despite of the influence of the crown have gotten to Simon.
- Honestly, I think that they should just be friends because Ice King just seems playful and quite platonic with Marceline.
- I honestly like them together, because Ice King is too old for Princess Bubblegum.
- You know, it would be weird for the people who just started watching the show. I thought Marceline was like 15 or something when I saw her for the first time. Yeah BFFs are just right.
- In the episode "Simon and Marcy", he yelled "YOU WILL NEVER AGAIN SCARE A 47 YEAR OLD MAN AND A 7 YEAR OLD GIRL!!!" before freezing the deer in a frozen ball of death. This shows that Ice King is about 40 years older than Marceline.
- This is my 3rd favorite couple. I don't think age matters here; it's not like Marceline is 5 and could be taken advantage of! If they both wanted to be in a relationship like this I see nothing wrong with it. :)
- Marceline in her teens already knew his biological father. So calling Simon her guardian would give sense to their relationship.
- It kinda romantically implies that Marceline both like and love Ice King at the same time as she said so during her interaction with him in the episode "Simon and Marcy" and "Remember You".
