Party Pat is a character that appears in the episode "Belly of the Beast." He is the leader of the Bears partying in a Giant's belly. Finn & Jake found him lounging on the monster's heart, which described by Cubby is like a "Blood Waterbed." Finn & Jake try to reason with him to get the bears to leave the Giant, but after failing to see the severity of the situation, they only partied harder to the news they were in a Monster's belly.

He's a bear with a long, slender body. He wears a white shirt with a green shirt over, he also wears blue jeans and shoes. He is one of the few bears to have large eyes.
